42" Birch Logs - Build Your Gas Log Set

The 42" Birch log set with optional LD burner & valve by Rasmussen Gas Logs will cast a cool contrast against the warm flames of your fireplace! These gas fireplace replacement logs are designed with smooth, white bark, variegated, grey texturing, and knots found on the beautiful Birch tree. Crafted from refractory ceramic, the vented gas fireplace logs are molded from real trees to capture every tiny detail for an extremely realistic effect.

To customize your set, choose one of our two burner styles to achieve the perfect ember bed and viewing platform for your tastes. 

• LD Burner: is constructed of heavy 16-guage steel, with 1/2” schedule-40 pipe (not light duty tubing) for the main burner tube, and 1/4” steel tubing for the ember booster portions of the burner. All seams are welded for maximum performance and durability. LD burners include; 5/8” Grate, Sand (Natural Gas pan filler), Volcanic Ash (Natural Gas decoration or Propane pan filler), Ember Magic, Connector Kit, Damper Clamp and Instructions.

Please Note: Vented gas logs must be used in a fireplace that is vented from the firebox through the chimney. The fireplace damper must be kept open during use to allow for appropriate air flow. For your safety, the burner pan and valve must be assembled by a certified gas professional.

• Millivolt Switch/Remote Ready (RPK1+THR-MB1) Standing Pilot = Light the burner with the included wired wall switch  & ON/OFF/THERMOSTAT/Count Down Timer Remote
• EIS-N135 | EIS-N200 | EIS-P200 = Electronic Ignition Systems is intended to be installed outside of the firebox in an adjacent vault. 120V AC Powered, stepped down to 24V with included transformer. Requires external switch or remote device to operate (not included). No gas modulation control - requires manual valve at burner to control flame height (such as V17, V1, or V2, or one of sufficient gas capacity). Can be used with home automation systems.
