The venturi tube mechanism controls the quantity of burn caused by the combustion gases in the presence of oxygen to manage fuel usage throughout the cooking process. This is because the burners require a big amount of oxygen to produce this amount of energy. It is designed to work with the Up Front Controls (OBB-1 Burner Kit) and the Bradley 12" Oval Burner.
