Venturi tubes direct gas and airflow into the furnace, which assists in the generation of heat for grilling.

To manage fuel usage throughout the cooking process, the venturi tube system controls the amount of burn created by the combustion gases in the presence of oxygen. This is due to the fact that the burners require a large amount of oxygen to produce this level of energy. It is compatible with Charbroil models that require a short 90-degree curved venturi, such as the Dual Up-Front Control Charbroil.
