Stainless Steel Heat Plate - MHP DCSHP1 DCS Replacement

The MHP Grill DCS Grills Heat Plate | DCSHP1 is heat plates that collect heat and radiates it to the food on the cooking grids. Stainless steel heat plate fits a variety of 36″ & 48″ DCS grill models and is constructed of heavy-gauge 304 stainless steel. Individual heat plate measures 19″ x 9-5/8″ and American-Made. More than one may be required per grill model.

Maintenance:

Some grease and other drippings on the heat plate can add flavor to the cooking experience but you should keep large amounts of grease, food residue and other build-up off of the plate. Luckily, the maintenance is pretty simple.

Heat Plate Maintenance:

• Flip the tray over and turn the grill temperature to medium
• Close the lid and let it go for about 1 hour
• For heavier build-up, you can take a grill brush and gently remove the residue
