72" Trough Fire Pit Insert with Push Button Ignition by HPC

Our 72 inch trough spark ignition fire pit insert is just what you need to convert your old, match-lit system into a convenient, push-button ignition device! This fire pit insert is as easy to use as simply depressing the button to cause a spark that lights the gas. A valve control knob allows you to adjust the height of the flame to create your desired effect. A thermocouple is in place for your safety and will automatically shut off the gas if an issue arises. Durable, built to last stainless steel is the base of this linear trough fire pit insert and is 72 inches long, 6 inches wide, 2 1/2 inches deep, and is completed by the 71 inch linear burner that heats up to 140,000 BTUs. Compatible with both natural gas or liquid propane for your convenience, includes the 36 inch whistle-free flex line, and is recommended with the use of 50 pounds of fire glass or 50 pounds of lava rock.

Please Note: Be sure to make proper accommodations for clearance around the fire pit. Additional parts needed for assembly include a gas input flex line, hard pipe, fittings, propane cylinder and valve (propane models only), and an enclosure with an access door to the gas valve. We recommend choosing one type of fire media for your burner. For your safety, we do NOT advise the use of fire glass with propane fire features.
