I received and installed the replacement fireplace doors today. I absolutely love the finish and the quality! For some reason, the replacement doors were also a 1/2" wider, not just higher as requested. Installing was a bit of a challenge because of the extra width, which made it difficult to use the enclosed mounting brackets. I finally managed to rig something up and I am very happy. I appreciate your attention to my issues and I will recommend your services in the future.

Honestly I looked on amazon, home depot/lowes, and the doors were all one single manufacturer, i even ordered one from amazon and it didn't fit by 1/2 inch (was too high), so they did not have any size that would fit our particular fireplace. Going down to the smaller size in height would not be long enough in width. We just buy a lot from Amazon so that was our default, found your site and you guys offered a ton more selection and sizes at about the same price. Biggest concern was support if I needed to return (since never heard of you), but they arrived perfect and look amazing.

I received it and the product is beautiful; however, I have not installed it as of yet. It will be installed this weekend and I will share an “after” picture for you to use on your website.

I got my doors on Friday, and I just wanted to say thanks! They look fantastic, work perfectly, so simple to install. I couldn’t be any happier! Thanks so much for all your help with getting the right doors for my particular fireplace. We all gathered around the fireplace this afternoon and enjoyed the fire and the doors!!
