Please note: DO NOT install this unit with a fireplace door. Instead, select a grate heater with a bottom bar so that your doors can safely rest on top of the extension.

How the 4-Tube Spitfire fireplace heat exchanger works:

• Wood burning: The titanium alloy exchanger tube can be placed on a log grate, allowing you to build a fire directly on top.

• Gas burning: The heat-resistant exchanger tube replaces the backlog on your gas log set, efficiently transferring heat into your space.
