Meticulously crafted from robust extruded aluminum, this custom fireplace door boasts a slim, heat-resistant frame that ensures long-lasting resilience.

The trackless bi-fold doors, adorned with clear tempered safety glass, provide an expansive and unobstructed view of the dancing flames within. This inside-fit zero clearance fireplace door is designed for seamless integration with both prefab wood fireplaces and those converted to vented gas logs.

The Simplicity-style handles add a touch of elegance while facilitating effortless opening and closing of the doors. Choose from the rich finishes of Matte Black, Natural Iron, and Brushed Nickel to personalize your fireplace aesthetic.

Installation is made simple with the included mounting hardware. While power tools are required for installation, a step-by-step guide ensures a straightforward process. Carefully place the new door into the fireplace opening, mark hole locations with a pencil, drill through the sheet metal using a 1/16” drill bit, then secure the door with the provided self-tapping screws and a Phillips head screwdriver. Remember to peel off the protective plastic for a flawless finish.

The burner and valve assembly are leak and test-fired at a quality test station. The complete appliance is again thoroughly inspected by a qualifi ed technician before packaging to ensure that you, the customer, receives the quality product that you expect from NAPOLEON. The following materials and workmanship in your new NAPOLEON gas appliance are warranted against defects for as long as you own the appliance. This covers: combustion chamber, heat exchanger, stainless steel burner, phazer™ logs and embers, rocks, ceramic glass (thermal breakage only), gold plated parts against tarnishing, porcelainized enameled components and aluminum extrusion trims.* Electrical (110V and millivolt) components and wearable parts are covered and NAPOLEON will provide replacement parts free of charge during the fi rst year of the limited warranty. This covers: blowers, gas valves, thermal switch, switches, wiring, remote controls, ignitor, gasketing, and pilot assembly.* Labour related to warranty repair is covered free of charge during the fi rst year. Repair work, however, requires the prior approval of an authorized company offi cial.
