Be sure to take all measurements to the nearest 1/16” using a steel tape measure. Note any irregularities around the opening of the fireplace, such as projecting or recessed brick, and advise us before you place an order. For complex custom applications, a photograph of the fireplace will prove very helpful.

 

4-SIDED OVERLAP FIT (for suspended openings)
When the fireplace door is larger than the opening on ALL 4-SIDES of the fireplace. Measure the width of the steel box opening at the top and again at the bottom. We need the exact minimum width. Next, measure the height of the steel box opening. We need the exact minimum height. Make sure there is enough space for the bottom frame to overlap your fireplace opening!

The 4 sided overlap fit Brookfield zero clearance fireplace door comes fully assembled and aligned prior to shipping. Enjoy the beautiful clean lines of this Design Specialties product that will surely compliment modern and traditional decor alike. The frame is designed as a 4 sided overlap fit door (your choice of standard 3/8" or maximum 3/4" overlap). Choose from a number of gorgeous finish colors, then accent the look even further with one of four tempered glass tints: clear, grey, bronze, or dramatic black.

The Brookfield fireplace glass door comes with trackless full swing bi-fold doors that open to reveal a breathtaking view of the flames. You have the option to embellish the appearance of your replacement fireplace door with one of seven of intricately designed door handles. Remember to opt for spark protection to keep your home and loved ones safe. We include the standard mounting hardware for easy installation, but we have alternative brackets and wedge fit brackets available as upgrades. The Brookfield Zero Clearance must be installed on a prefab fireplace with NO HEARTH. With so many unique customizations, you're sure to have a one of a kind fireplace door that will be a treasured focal point in your home!

The burner and valve assembly are leak and test-fired at a quality test station. The complete appliance is again thoroughly inspected by a qualifi ed technician before packaging to ensure that you, the customer, receives the quality product that you expect from NAPOLEON. The following materials and workmanship in your new NAPOLEON gas appliance are warranted against defects for as long as you own the appliance. Why do the "Prefab Fireplace Door Overlap Fit On All 4 Sides" all say NO HEARTH? My prefab has 4" between the hearth and the opening of the fireplace.
