Be sure to take all measurements to the nearest 1/16” using a steel tape measure. Note any irregularities around the opening of the fireplace, such as projecting or recessed brick, and advise us Before you place an order. For complex custom applications, a photograph of the fireplace will prove very helpful.

 

4-SIDED OVERLAP FIT
When the enclosure is larger than the opening on ALL 4-SIDES of the fireplace. Measure the width of the opening at the top and again at the bottom. We need the exact minimum width.   Next, measure the height of the opening from floor either to the bottom of the lintel bar or the bottom of the finishing material (brick, marble, etc.) We need the exact minimum height. Make sure there is enough space for the bottom frame to overlap your fireplace opening!

 

DO NOT make adjustments to sizes, we need the EXACT OPENING size.

The Broadway glass fireplace door for masonry fireplaces is now available as a 4 sided overlap fit! This is ideal for applications without a hearth. A sturdy mainframe is concealed behind the 2 1/2 inch wide doors and emphasizes a clean, modern appearance. The hinges are also hidden from view for a completely seamless look. Choose from 6 finish colors, including Satin Black (which is the same color as the mainframe) and nickel, brass or copper hues. This Portland Willamette fireplace door comes with cabinet style doors and clear tempered glass, but you can alter the look with grey or bronze-tinted safety glass. You can upgrade to sliding mesh protection to protect your home from sparks and embers. Mounting hardware is included for easy installation!

Please note:

  • This is a 4 SIDED OVERLAP FIT DOOR for masonry fireplaces only. 
  • Sliding mesh will add 1  1/4 inch depth (on top of the frame dimension) into your firebox.

Ironhaus / Portland Willamette Limited Warranty

Important! Please read this warranty carefully before installing or using Ironhaus products.

Ironhaus/PW warrants to the original retail purchaser that your product (excluding glass, finish, mesh parts, and/or accessories) will be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only if the product is purchased from an authorized dealer or distributor.

What the Warranty Covers:

  • The manufacturer will repair or replace defective parts at no cost to the purchaser within the one-year warranty period.
  • Labor and transportation costs for removal and return of the product, as well as labor costs for reinstallation, must be paid by the purchaser.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Glass breakage is not covered. For glass replacement, contact a local glass supplier.
  • Outdoor installations or damage caused by excessive fire, neglect, misuse, or abuse.
  • Transit damage or alterations are not covered by the warranty.
  • Commercial applications are warranted for only 90 days for material and workmanship from the date of purchase.

Warranty Limitations and Legal Disclaimer

The implied warranty of merchantability is limited to the duration of the one-year period specified. Other than this, Ironhaus/PW disclaims all implied warranties. The manufacturer is not liable for incidental, consequential, special, or indirect damages arising from any breach of warranty. Some states do not allow exclusions of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply in all areas.

This warranty is valid only for original installations. Products installed improperly or in non-conformance with local building codes may nullify the warranty. Glass, parts, and accessories sold separately are considered "as is" and not covered under warranty.

The manufacturer disclaims liability for installation and removal charges, labor costs, and related expenses. This limited warranty is exclusively offered to the original retail purchaser and cannot be extended or modified by dealers or other entities.

If you need to use this warranty, please provide proof of purchase and a detailed report.
