24" Warming Vortex Fireplace Heat Grate - 40,000 BTUs
Enhance your fireplace’s heat output with the 24" Warming Vortex fireplace grate heater 2422, delivering up to 40,000 BTUs of warmth. Built from durable steel with flexible 12-gauge tubing, this unit ensures long-lasting performance for wood-burning fireplaces. Measuring 24 inches wide and 22 inches deep, it fits fireplaces with an opening of at least 29 1/2 inches.
This versatile unit also functions as a fireplace heat grate, with a front rail that elevates glass fireplace doors by 1 3/8 inches. Inside-fit doors require an additional 1-inch depth for proper installation. The built-in variable-speed blower serves as a fireplace heat exchanger, automatically turning on at 110°F and off at 90°F, circulating 100 CFMs of air efficiently.
For flexible setup, the motor and 8-foot power cord can be installed on either the left or right side of the unit. An optional top-mounted log retainer adds extra convenience. This made-to-order item ships within four weeks and includes a 3-year warranty on tubing and a 1-year warranty on electrical components.

This covers: combustion chamber, heat exchanger, stainless steel burner, phazer™ logs and embers, rocks, ceramic glass (thermal breakage only), gold plated parts against tarnishing, porcelainized enameled components and aluminum extrusion trims.* Electrical (110V and millivolt) components and wearable parts are covered and NAPOLEON will provide replacement parts free of charge during the fi rst year of the limited warranty. This covers: blowers, gas valves, thermal switch, switches, wiring, remote controls, ignitor, gasketing, and pilot assembly.* Labour related to warranty repair is covered free of charge during the fi rst year.
