The wired Skytech  TM-R-2A wall mounted timer for gas fireplaces is a battery powered transmitter. It allows you to control your appliance and has a timer with a 4 button interface. Use the OFF button to shut down your fireplace at the end of the evening, or automatically shut off your appliance using the 30, 60, or 120 minute button. Two 3V button cell batteries are required to operate this Skytech fireplace timer and are included. This unit communicates directly to a standard millivolt valve.
