(In Stock) Real Fyre EPK-1 Electronic Ignition - Natural Gas

The EPK-1 electronic pilot ignition by RH Peterson Real Fyre operates with a convenient fireplace remote control without the need for a standing pilot! With the help from an electronic spark, an intermittent pilot ignites to heat up the thermocouple, which then releases gas to the entire burner. You have the choice to start your fire with the manual On/Off switch, however, everything can be operated with just the push of a button on your remote! This remote controlled fireplace gas valve control kit has a transmitter that is powered by two D-cell batteries (not included). The system is temperature rated at 175°F, delivering up to 88,000 BTUs with natural gas. Recommended for us with the vented gas burners by Real Fyre listed in the specs below. Hardwire this kit to the optional WS-1 wall switch! It comes with a 15-foot wire harness and a rocker switch for easy operation.

Please Note: For use only with specified Real Fyre vented burner systems listed in the specs below. Vented burners must be used in a fireplace that is vented from the firebox through the chimney. The fireplace damper must be kept open during use to allow for appropriate airflow. For your safety, the burner pan and valve must be assembled by a certified gas professional.
