The Evening Desire Logs with the CS Burner are another one of Rasmussen’s vented gas log sets, and they’ve got this really cozy, classic look. The logs are molded from real wood, so you get all those deep bark textures, charred edges, and a couple of split pieces in the front where the flames show through. It’s not just a pile of logs—it’s arranged to look like an actual wood fire you’d build yourself.

Now, with the CS Burner, the flames are steady and natural. It’s a clean, traditional style—you don’t get the big glowing ember bed like the FX burner gives, but you do get flames that curl nicely around the logs and give that realistic campfire feel without being too busy. These come in multiple sizes to fit different fireplaces, and they work with either natural gas or propane. Like the other sets, it’s made for vented fireplaces only, so you’ll need a working chimney with the damper open. So basically, if you want a set that looks like a neat stack of firewood glowing away with natural, even flames, the Evening Desire with CS Burner nails that vibe.

Please Note: Vented gas logs must be used in a fireplace that is vented from the firebox through the chimney. The fireplace damper must be kept open during use to allow for appropriate airflow. For your safety, the burner pan and valve must be assembled by a certified gas professional.

Custom Pan- The F Burner is a simple, single-tube burner ideal for use beneath a log grate. It delivers a lively, dancing flame and creates a compact ember bed, offering a clean, efficient look. Perfect for those seeking a classic fireplace effect.

CONTROLS SYSTEM:

• Match Lighted – For natural gas only. Light with a match placed on the ember bed, then turn on the gas using a nearby valve. Simple and manual with no pilot.
• Basic Manual Safety Pilot [SPK1] – A manual valve that lights the burner and lets you adjust flame height. Not compatible with remote control. Handles up to 150,000 BTUs.
• Remote Ready Safety Pilot [RPK3E] – Allows ON/OFF control via a remote or switch using a solenoid system. Flame height can be adjusted slightly at the valve.
• Variable Flame Remote Control [RMC1E] – Provides full ON/OFF and flame height control with a handheld remote. Easy and flexible operation.
