Grand Canyon Arizona Juniper Kiva Series Log with Burner Set

For the first time ever, we have log sets for Adobe Kiva or Beehive fireplaces. The Arizona Juniper Kiva log set with an optional burner & valve is great for converting these southwestern vented fireplaces over to gas. These Grand Canyon Gas Logs are made of refractory ceramic, each hand-painted highlight and detail. The smooth texture of the bark and the contrasting, splitting sapwood beneath have been captured beautifully in these Arizona Juniper logs.

The Kiva burners for the gas fireplace replacement logs come in sizes 18 inches, 24 inches, and 30 inches. Enjoy the cool flame effects that the 6 vertical burners provide along with the ember burner to ignite the included glowing embers. For ignition systems, we have both standing and non-pilot ignition options to help match with city codes. The millivolt and electronic ignition systems can also have a wall switch, remote control, or WiFi/ Bluetooth receiver added. All set sizes can be used with natural gas or, for an up-charge, liquid propane. Includes lava rock, glowing embers, fittings, a flex line, and a damper clamp.

Please Note: Vented gas fireplace logs must be used in a fireplace that is vented from the firebox through the chimney. The fireplace damper must be kept open during use to allow for appropriate airflow. For your safety, a certified gas professional must assemble the burner pan and valve.

Burners: 

Kiva Burner: Available in 18” to 30” models, it is specifically designed for Adobelite Kiva Fireplaces. Featuring A-frame rear burners for superior log support and exceptional flame height, this burner is built to ANSI standards with a fully welded, sandless design. Constructed from stainless steel, it offers a lifetime warranty when installed indoors. The system includes 1/2” piping and bar stock, with a gas inlet on either the left or right side. It’s also convertible from natural gas to LP and comes with concealed pilot mounting brackets, lava rock, embers, and connection fittings for a complete setup.

Kiva Burner Stainless Steel: Available in 18” to 30” models, is specifically crafted for Adobelite Kiva Fireplaces. With A-frame rear burners for exceptional flame height and log support, this burner is built to ANSI standards and features a fully welded, sandless stainless steel construction for durability. Designed for both performance and aesthetics, it includes 1/2” piping and bar stock, with a gas inlet on the left or right side. Convertible from natural gas to LP, it comes complete with concealed pilot mounting brackets, lava rock, embers, and connection fittings, offering a lifetime warranty for indoor installations.

Valves and Control:

Manual Valve: The Manual Valve controls the flow of gas to your appliance. With a low-profile design, it’s easy to install and operate. You can turn the valve on or off using a knob or wrench. It handles a maximum inlet pressure of 14” W.C. and can manage up to 90,000 BTUs for Natural Gas (NG) and 240,000 BTUs for Liquid Propane (LP). The valve can handle temperatures up to 300°F.

Safety Pilot: The Safety Pilot is a standing pilot system designed for reliable safety. With a low-profile design, it’s simple to install and operate manually. It works with both Natural Gas (NG) and Liquid Propane (LP), handling up to 90,000 BTUs and a maximum inlet pressure of 14” W.C. It’s built to withstand temperatures up to 300°F.

High Capacity Safety Pilot: The High Output Safety Pilot is a standing pilot system designed for high-efficiency performance. It supports both Natural Gas (NG) and Liquid Propane (LP), managing up to 124,000 BTUs and 200,000 BTUs, respectively. It features a maximum inlet pressure of 14” W.C. and operates manually for on/off control. With a temperature rating of 250°F, it ensures reliable and safe operation.

Millivolt Quick Mount Kit: The Millivolt Quick Mount Kit features a low-profile design and a standing pilot system. It provides simple on/off control and is compatible with both Natural Gas (NG) and Liquid Propane (LP). It supports a maximum inlet pressure of 14” W.C., with BTU ratings of 70,000 for NG and 110,000 for LP. The valve is rated for temperatures up to 175°F.

Modulation Millivolt Kit: The Modulating Millivolt Kit features a standing pilot system with variable flame height control. Its low-profile design ensures easy installation. It operates with both Natural Gas (NG) and Liquid Propane (LP), managing up to 120,000 BTUs and a maximum inlet pressure of 14” W.C. The valve is rated for temperatures up to 225°F, providing flexible and efficient flame adjustment.

High Capacity Millivolt: The High Capacity Millivolt system is designed for high-volume output with a standing pilot system. It offers on/off control and supports both Natural Gas (NG) and Liquid Propane (LP). It can handle up to 370,000 BTUs for NG and 560,000 BTUs for LP, with a maximum inlet pressure of 14” W.C. The valve is rated for temperatures up to 175°F, providing robust and efficient performance.

Battery Electronic Ignition: The Battery Electronic Ignition system uses a non-standing pilot with 2-D cell battery-powered electronic ignition. It supports on/off operations and works with both Natural Gas (NG) and Liquid Propane (LP). The system handles a maximum inlet pressure of 14” W.C., with BTU ratings of 88,000 for NG and 110,000 for LP. The valve is rated for temperatures up to 175°F.

Electronic Ignition System: The Electronic Ignition System features a non-standing pilot with 24V electronic ignition. It includes an in-wall design and comes with a 6’-10’ pilot assembly. Designed for on/off operations, it supports both Natural Gas (NG) and Liquid Propane (LP). The system handles a maximum inlet pressure of 14” W.C., with BTU ratings of 200,000 for NG and 110,000 for LP. The valve is rated for temperatures up to 175°F.

Remote Control: The GCRK system offers basic on/off operations with a convenient RF transmitter and receiver. It features an LCD temperature display for easy monitoring and comes complete with batteries and a wall plate for quick installation.
