Be sure to take all measurements to the nearest 1/16” using a steel tape measure. Note any irregularities around the opening of the fireplace, such as projecting or recessed brick, and advise us Before you place an order. For complex custom applications, a photograph of the fireplace will prove very helpful.

INSIDE FIT - Generally, the clearance tolerance gaps can be filled from the backside of the frame using high temp silicone RTV. If the gaps become excessive (as in a stone fireplace), it may be necessary to mortar in the enclosure. Clearance tolerance gaps are determined by the manufacturer according to your opening size.

The Envision masonry fireplace door has the hinges built into the mainframe for a seamless look. One of the smallest frames available in the fireplace door market. Made of 1-1/16" heavy-duty extruded aluminum that will last a lifetime. Choose from several powder coat finishes and select a handle style you feel goes with the door. Spark protection is an option and offered as sliding mesh. Only recommended for smooth surfaces, like tile, granite or marble.

  • The Envision from Portland Willamette requires power tools to install a fireplace door. 4 Mounting straps that are screwed on the frame, spaced where you need them. At the other end of the straps, you will need to mark where you want to drill your anchor holes. That's about it for the hard part, now you can set the frame and level it. Then tighten nuts and you are ready for a fire.

Ironhaus / Portland Willamette Limited Warranty

Important! Please read this warranty carefully before installing or using Ironhaus products.

Ironhaus/PW warrants to the original retail purchaser that your product (excluding glass, finish, mesh parts, and/or accessories) will be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only if the product is purchased from an authorized dealer or distributor.

What the Warranty Covers:

  • The manufacturer will repair or replace defective parts at no cost to the purchaser within the one-year warranty period.
  • Labor and transportation costs for removal and return of the product, as well as labor costs for reinstallation, must be paid by the purchaser.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Glass breakage is not covered. For glass replacement, contact a local glass supplier.
  • Outdoor installations or damage caused by excessive fire, neglect, misuse, or abuse.
  • Transit damage or alterations are not covered by the warranty.
  • Commercial applications are warranted for only 90 days for material and workmanship from the date of purchase.

Warranty Limitations and Legal Disclaimer

The implied warranty of merchantability is limited to the duration of the one-year period specified. Other than this, Ironhaus/PW disclaims all implied warranties. The manufacturer is not liable for incidental, consequential, special, or indirect damages arising from any breach of warranty. Some states do not allow exclusions of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply in all areas.

This warranty is valid only for original installations. Products installed improperly or in non-conformance with local building codes may nullify the warranty. Glass, parts, and accessories sold separately are considered "as is" and not covered under warranty.

The manufacturer disclaims liability for installation and removal charges, labor costs, and related expenses. This limited warranty is exclusively offered to the original retail purchaser and cannot be extended or modified by dealers or other entities.

If you need to use this warranty, please provide proof of purchase and a detailed report.
