The included Warming Vortex Grate Heater boosts the heat output of your fireplace by delivering up to 40,000 BTUs. Constructed from robust steel with flexible 12-gauge steel tubing, this grate heater ensures long-lasting performance. It is available in two sizes: 22" wide x 20" deep and 24" wide x 22" deep, making it versatile enough to fit a range of fireplaces.
The variable-speed blower automatically activates at 110°F and turns off at 90°F, circulating 100 CFMs of air for optimal heating. Installation is easy, with a motor and 8-foot power cord that can be mounted on either the left or right side of the unit, and an optional top-mounted log retainer for added convenience.
You can further customize the Carolina Fireplace Door with tempered glass options in clear, bronze, grey, or black tints, as well as various handle designs. A spark protector is also available to safeguard your home from embers.

The burner and valve assembly are leak and test-fired at a quality test station. The complete appliance is again thoroughly inspected by a qualifi ed technician before packaging to ensure that you, the customer, receives the quality product that you expect from NAPOLEON. The following materials and workmanship in your new NAPOLEON gas appliance are warranted against defects for as long as you own the appliance. This covers: combustion chamber, heat exchanger, stainless steel burner, phazer™ logs and embers, rocks, ceramic glass (thermal breakage only), gold plated parts against tarnishing, porcelainized enameled components and aluminum extrusion trims.* Electrical (110V and millivolt) components and wearable parts are covered and NAPOLEON will provide replacement parts free of charge during the fi rst year of the limited warranty.
