Thermo-Rite warrants all new glass fireplace enclosures to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the ultimate sale or installation if performed by the dealer. The warranty is void if the damage is due to improper installation or improper operation. Thermo-Rite warrants tempered glass a lifetime to the original owner.

Was anxious to get the doors and the wait was worth it! The [Norwegian zero clearance] doors are high quality and arrived in protective packaging! The frame was easy to install with the side holes in the frame for mounting. I could not be happier with them - the look is great! My local retailers wanted twice as much for custom doors that did not compare in looks and quality! Glad I took the chance to order your custom doors online!
