Important Usage Instructions:

• Suitable Applications:

• Lead Time:
  Allow approximately 10 business days for processing and tempering after your custom measurements are received.
• Thermal Expansion:
  Order your glass at least 1/8" smaller than the mounting surface to accommodate expansion when heated.
• Measurement Accuracy:
  Ensure precise measurements to avoid breaks. We are not responsible for breaks due to incorrect sizing.
• Compatibility Warning:
  Never replace tempered glass with ceramic glass on a fireplace door. Misuse can lead to overheating and potential fire hazards.
• Safety Precautions:
  Keep flames and logs at least 6 inches away from the glass. Flames should never touch the glass.
• Burning Guidelines:
  Always keep the fireplace doors open when the fire is burning. Close the doors only when the fire has slowed down and is about to go out. This ensures proper ventilation and prevents overheating of the glass.
