When the fireplace door is smaller than the opening of the fireplace, and fits inside the fireplace opening. Measure the width and height of the inner steel opening where the fireplace door will fit. This will be the same position that the fireplace manufacturer's door was installed. Make sure your opening dimensions match the ones that we have listed online for this product.

FMI Eliminator 36E Glass And Track Zero Clearance Fireplace Door is designed exclusively for FMI Eliminator 36E zero clearance fireplaces! 


Door comes with Bi-fold doors and 2 tracks for top and bottom. Plus three 3-1/4" Spacers that need to be installed either at the top or bottom.


Glass And Track Fireplace Door comes with 1/4" smoked tempered safety glass. The whisper quiet Teflon rollers will make operation the doors a breeze. Constructed with heave duty 16 Gauge hinges and heavy duty hemmed track. If there is a need to drill holes to mount the tracks a drill bit is supplied as well. Cool to the touch handles and several choices of finishes round up the option for this prefab fireplace door.

Installation: H for Hope You Are Handy!

  • Track doors will be delivered with self-drilling screws.
  • Drill bit supplied if you need to drill holes to mount the tracks.
  • Level to keep the two tracks aligned is a must to guarantee proper function of doors. (Not all doors come with two tracks)
  • If you are handy, this door will take some time and if tracks are not aligned correctly difficult to open.
