We want our customers to get the best value for their investments. Therefore, King Chris has declared upon the Kingdom Of Fireplace: the Price Match Guarantee! If you should find a lower online price tag for the fireplace door of your dreams, let us know! As long as you meet the terms and conditions below, we will match the lower price!  

Price Match Terms & Conditions

• Price matching is only available for products sold by factory authorized internet dealers.
• Price matching is NOT available for closeout, clearance, promotional offers, or any of our contractor pricing fireplace doors.
• Price matching must include shipping charges, sales taxes and/or membership fees to calculate actual delivered cost.
• If the item has a manufacturer's Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy, we are contractually obligated NOT to sell below that price.
• Price matching must include exact and verifiable pricing, not implied prices based on discounts, coupons or other forms of price reductions.
• Price matching is NOT available for existing orders.
• Ebay and all other auction style websites are NOT eligible for Price Matching.
• Local stores, clubs, rewards points, classified ads, one-of-a-kind items, and any fireplace doors that are used, resales, damage, or broken are NOT eligible for the Price Match Guarantee.
• Price matching is only available for domestic orders (orders shipping to the lower 48 United States).
• Select products which are contractually bound through Pricing Control Agreements and therefore cannot be sold below enforced pricing floors, are NOT eligible for price matching. In other words, we cannot discount certain products as mandated by the manufacturers, as this practice will result in the cancellation of our dealership agreement with said manufacturers.

To Submit A Price Match Request:

1. Please submit your full name and email address. You may include your phone number if you wish to receive a personal phone call from one of our customer service representatives.
2. Please submit the url address of the lower priced fireplace door (copy the url address and paste into the Competitor's Link field on this form). We will need to verify website, manufacturer, and pricing.
3. Please give us a description of the product and the options that you prefer (example: size, color, glass tint, etc.).
