Do you have a Vermont Castings Defiant, Intrepid, Vigilant, or Resolute wood stove? Is that wood stove not working as well as it used to?  One of the main reasons wood stoves stop working as efficiently as the once did, is because the gaskets wear down and need replaced.  Below in a video we show you how you can test to see if your gasket needs replaced.

Well we have the complete gasket kit that will fit all of the Vermont Castings wood stoves listed above. This kit comes with 4 pieces of gasket that we've pre-cut to the exact lengths you'll need, cutting down on the hassle of measuring and accidentally making mistakes.

You'll need some gasket cement to install your gasket onto your stove.  We've conveniently added that option onto this gasket.  Just click it to add it on, and we'll cover the shipping for you!

AW3440 Kit Includes:
  • 3/16" x 60 inches long black graphite stove gasket
  • 5/16" x 144 inches long black graphite stove gasket
  • 1/2" x 52 inches long black graphite stove gasket
  • 5/16" x 52 inches long black fiberglass rope with wire mesh over braid (Vermont Castings Griddle Gasket)

For V.C. Vigilant 1C with glass doors, there are three different gaskets: (1) the griddle, (2) the doors, and (3) the glass in the doors. Which gasket size goes where?
