This system cannot use a remote control. Millivolt: This also allows the user to control and turn the pilot light on and off as well as adjust the flame height from the burner. The millivolt control is a more sophisticated valve system that allows the user to turn the flame with an on-off switch. Optional remotes are available. Variable Control: This system includes a remote control that allows the user to adjust the flame up and down from the remote control system. This system also has a standing pilot light. Intermittent Pilot: This valve system gives the user complete control of the log set with the included remote.
