It is important to note that you will want a licensed professional to install the gas lines, this will insure everything is up to code and safe. There are two options when it comes to ignition, either manual or electronic. Manual lit or match lit tiki torches utilize a gas shut off valve, you will light a match and then open the gas valve to ignite the torch. To turn the torch off you will simply close the gas valve. Electronic ignition allows you to turn the torch on with the push of a button or even with a remote control. The pilot system has the ability to relight itself if it is blown out by the wind.

Tiki Torch Mounting Options

The deck mount has a plate with 4 holes that is secured to the deck and holds the post. The in-ground post is partially buried in the ground for stability, and can be put virtually anywhere in your backyard.
