The Superior WCT4920 Traditional Wood Burning Fireplace is intended to be used continuously as a supplemental heat source in your house. This EPA-certified high-efficiency unit has a compact and attractive form that fits into any installation. The 2.0 cubic foot insulated firebox is designed for logs up to 19" long and is capable of producing up to 55,000 BTUs to heat approximately 1,500 square feet. This indoor wood fireplace provides optimal heat transfer thanks to its circulating design, front doors, and ceramic glass. Variable heat output is possible with the included outside air combustion kit, and faster ignition on startup is possible with air boost technology. The front glass is kept clean by an effective air wash system, and the incorporated heat-activated 200 CFM variable-speed blower provides efficient air dispersion. The optional HeatFlo Kit improves convective heat circulation in the room without the need for electricity or a blower. The HeatFlo Kit must be installed with the use of the Clean Face Facade. The optional Forced Air Kit adds up to 25% extra heat from the same fire. This extra heat can be supplied up to 50 feet to three additional rooms, including those on the lower floor. The incorporated thermostat enables automated heat distribution management for balanced and controlled comfort.
