The stylish 5010 Skytech remote control for gas fireplaces is battery powered and it gives you wireless control of your heat source. The bright blue backlit touch screen has on/off controls and displays the room temperature, low battery indicator, and whether or not your fireplace is in operation. The millivolt gas valve receiver comes with learning capabilities (over 1 million security codes plus 2 extra Skytech remotes), a childproof "lock-out" safety feature, and manual control of your fireplace. 

The 5010 Skytech remote operates on (4) 1.5V AAA batteries, while the receiver is powered by a 110V AC plug in adapter. In addition to the transmitter and receiver, you will also get a 18 inch wires with connectors for a 20 foot communication range, all batteries, and an instruction manual.

    • Batteries should be checked and/or replaced annually, when experiencing reduced operating range, or when the remote transmissions are not received by the receiver,
