This hand crafted fireback was designed to complete the wide range of sizes off other oak themed Pennsylvania Firebacks. Featuring a huge oak tree and the beauty of nature, this fireback wil provide a sense of style while providing functionality. The cast iron material will reflect the heat of the fire back into your home, heating your home more efficiently. The fireback is coated in a water-based matte black paint which helps stop it from rusting during transport. This paint coat may contain slight imperfections, however, these are easily removed with a wire brush, sand paper, or steel wool. If an immediate finished look is desired, then you can apply a coat of stove polish (sold separate) before use. Additionally, you can apply the polish yearly to keep it looking new! You can stand this fireback upright, leaning slightly backwards or forwards with the unique Safe-T-Boots (sold separate). These feet are compatible with numerous fireplace log accessories including wrought iron & cast iron grates, andirons, and even gas log systems!
