This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser and begins on the original date of purchase, confirmed by a completed grill registration (either by card or online) and a bill of sale. The warranty is not transferable. Proof of purchase is required to validate the warranty.

If any component proves defective within the warranty period, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge if returned to the factory freight prepaid. This warranty does not apply, and MHP will not assume responsibility for damages resulting from failure to follow MHP’s instructions or local codes, or if the grill has been tampered with or altered in any way. MHP shall not be liable for any transportation charges, labor costs, or export duties.

This limited warranty covers only the repair or replacement of parts that prove defective under normal use and service. The warranty is for parts only and does not include labor.  If you are required to return defective parts, transportation charges must be prepaid by the purchaser. MHP will return parts to the purchaser, freight or postage prepaid.

This limited warranty does not cover failures or operating difficulties due to accidents, acts of God, abuse, misuse, alteration, misapplication, vandalism, improper installation, improper maintenance, or service, or failure to perform normal and routine maintenance as outlined in the owner’s manual. Damage caused by insects within the burner tubes is also not covered.

Discoloration of Stainless Steel components due to exposure to chemicals such as chlorine, fertilizers, lawn pesticides, and salt, or due to severe weather conditions like hail, excessive humidity, hurricanes, earthquakes, tornadoes, or other acts of God, is not covered by this warranty. Surface rust and discoloration of Stainless Steel are considered normal and are not covered unless there is a loss of structural integrity or rust through.

ALL WARRANTIES are null and void if grills are used in commercial or community settings, such as by hotels, condominium associations, or apartment committees.
