24 Inch Trough Match Lit Fire Pit Insert by HPC

Our 24 inch trough match light fire pit insert will add that final touch to your new DIY fire pit! This fire pit insert has a foolproof operation--simply hold a lit, long-stem lighter next to the burner and turn the valve key to ignite the gas. Once burning, the height of the flame can be adjusted to suit your needs by releasing more or less gas into the system with a turn from the key. 24 inches long, 6 inches wide, 2 1/2 inches deep, and features a flat bottom with beveled sides and a ridged lip to keep your lava rock or fire glass in place. It is constructed from built-to-last stainless steel this trough fire pit insert is brought together with the 23 inch linear burner that heats up to 50,000 BTUs. Included is valve mounting bracket, valve key, 36 inch whistle free flex line, and is compatible with natural gas or liquid propane. To finish your design off this fire pit insert is recommended with the use of 20 pounds of fire glass or 50 pounds of lava rock. 

Please Note: Be sure to make proper accommodations for clearance around the fire pit. Additional parts needed for assembly include a gas input flex line, hard pipe, fittings, propane cylinder and valve (propane models only), and an enclosure with an access door to the gas valve. We recommend choosing one type of fire media for your burner. For your safety, we do NOT advise the use of fire glass with propane fire features.
