This set comes with the Jumbo Slimline Burner, which is engineered to fit perfectly with the slimmer logs while still delivering an impressive flame. It’s a vented system, so it’s meant for use in fireplaces with a chimney or flue, and it produces tall, lively flames that wrap around the logs, giving you that natural, wood-burning fire effect. The flames look vibrant and realistic, spreading across the log set in a way that enhances the overall warmth and ambiance of your space.

Please Note: Vented gas fireplace logs must be used in a fireplace that is vented from the firebox through the chimney. The fireplace damper must be kept open during use to allow for appropriate airflow. For your safety, the burner pan and valve must be assembled by a certified gas professional.

Burners:

Jumbo Slimline Burner:  offers versatile sizing options from 24” to 120”, with depths of 21” for Jumbo and 18” for Slimline models. Featuring an even distribution rear burner, dual-action middle burner, and dedicated ember glow burner, it ensures optimal heat and visual appeal. Built with a durable stainless steel chassis, it is ANSI-certified for indoor use and has a lifetime warranty. The burner includes 3/4” piping, 1” bar stock, and lava rock media. It is convertible from natural gas to LP and includes concealed pilot mounting brackets for a sleek, seamless look.

Valves and Control:

High Capacity Millivolt: The High Capacity Millivolt system is designed for high-volume output with a standing pilot system. It offers on/off control and supports both Natural Gas (NG) and Liquid Propane (LP). It can handle up to 370,000 BTUs for NG and 560,000 BTUs for LP, with a maximum inlet pressure of 14” W.C. The valve is rated for temperatures up to 175°F, providing robust and efficient performance.

Modulation Millivolt Kit: The Modulating Millivolt Kit features a standing pilot system with variable flame height control. Its low-profile design ensures easy installation. It operates with both Natural Gas (NG) and Liquid Propane (LP), managing up to 120,000 BTUs and a maximum inlet pressure of 14” W.C. The valve is rated for temperatures up to 225°F, providing flexible and efficient flame adjustment.

Battery Electronic Ignition: The Battery Electronic Ignition system uses a non-standing pilot with 2-D cell battery-powered electronic ignition. It supports on/off operations and works with both Natural Gas (NG) and Liquid Propane (LP). The system handles a maximum inlet pressure of 14” W.C., with BTU ratings of 88,000 for NG and 110,000 for LP. The valve is rated for temperatures up to 175°F.

Electronic Ignition System: The Electronic Ignition System features a non-standing pilot with 24V electronic ignition. It includes an in-wall design and comes with a 6’-10’ pilot assembly. Designed for on/off operations, it supports both Natural Gas (NG) and Liquid Propane (LP). The system handles a maximum inlet pressure of 14” W.C., with BTU ratings of 200,000 for NG and 110,000 for LP. The valve is rated for temperatures up to 175°F.

Remote Control: The GCRK system offers basic on/off operations with a convenient RF transmitter and receiver. It features an LCD temperature display for easy monitoring and comes complete with batteries and a wall plate for quick installation.
