Hi Blessy,

We received the Fireplace door that we ordered from you. I arrived in perfect condition and a few days earlier than expected. The next day I installed with very little problem, had to drill a couple of holes in the lintel which required a few contortions, but other than that it went in perfectly. We are more that elated with the outcome. My wife is duly impressed and can't believe how it upgraded the appearance of the entire room.

Let me thank you for all of your help and expertise and the way you got the experts involved to be sure that is was exactly right. You were really so patient and congenial. You made the entire experience a real pleasure. Please show this to the powers that be for you ae the type of employee that all companies strive to have represent them.
