We just wanted to let you all know that we received the glass fireplace doors. They were packaged and shipped in good condition, to our front door yesterday.
This morning, we were excited to get the doors installed. Everything went smoothly with the install and they are a perfect fit. We are very pleased with the fit, tint, and magnetic closure. Just in time for Santa’s arrival through the chimney tonight! What perfect timing!! :)

First let me say how impressed I am by the quality of the customer service provided. I called Fireplace Doors on two occasions and in both cases the call was actually answered by a person. Additionally, the resolution to my concern was handled expeditiously.
Thank you very much for the device provided. Rest assured, should I need any other products for my coal stove o know where to go.
