Item Return Request - Fireplace Doors Online

  1. All requests for product returns must be approved and receive a designated RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number associated with the order by filling out a return form below Keep packing material!
     
  2. RMA numbers are only good for 21 days after the date of issue. No returns will be accepted or received after the 21 days after the RMA number has been issued.
     
  3. Orders must be approved for return within 10 days of the original shipment.
     
  4. All returns that are approved with a designated RMA number are subject to a minimum 20% re-stocking fee. The customer is responsible for all freight charges associated with returning an approved order.
     
  5. Customer "credit" will be issued only after the product has been received back into inventory, all items are accounted for as specified on the RMA, and the items are in re-sellable condition. Any damaged product received back will not be credited and all associated re-stocking charges may apply. 
     
  6. Customer "credit" will be issued within 1 week of receiving the returned goods in acceptable condition, less:
  • Re-stocking charge
  • Shipping charges
  • Damages, concealed shortages or discrepancies

These stipulations are necessary if we are going to continue to keep our prices affordable for our customers. Please read our RETURN POLICIES, as well as our RESTOCKING FEES PAGE, before filling out your form.

Please keep in mind we will NOT take any merchandise back until this form is filled out. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation.
