Installation Instructions: Preparation of Area for Application: Remove loose masonry or soot from the surface. Pre-dampening is optional but not necessary. Pre-installation Tips: Use clean containers and mixing equipment. Dry mix thoroughly before adding water. Add clean, cold water for the desired application method. Application: Apply with the desired hand tool (parge or trowel) in manageable quantities. Compress to ensure no voids in the application area. Apply the first coating ½” to 1 ½” thick, and if a second coat is desired, apply ¼” to ½” thick after roughing up the surface. Allow the first coat to air dry before applying the second coat.
