This set is perfect for fireplaces with an opening of at least a height of 17 inches, 36 inch front width, 27 inch rear width, and a 14 inch depth. The logs are crafted in the United States from a high quality ceramic. Operating at a efficiency rating of up to 99%, this unit will run at 40,000 BTUs per hour! Thermostat control is available on either the modulating valve or millivolt valve type. Additional features include a hi to lo flame control, piezo matchless ignition, oxygen depletion sensor and is approved for aftermarket homes! Options for this fire feature include a reflective heat blower (turns on at 140 degrees F) and is compatible with either valve type.
