By the time you’re done, this glass fireplace door will be as unique as you! With this Design Specialties fireplace door you can upgrade to include mesh protection. Why would you? Well, mesh protection keeps your home and loved ones safe from sparks that might escape the firebox. It’s an important, though sometimes overlooked, feature of any corner fireplace! Sliding mesh will add 2 inches of depth (on top of the frame dimension) into your firebox. Cabinet mesh adds 3/4 inch. NOTE: Many ZC Corner and peninsula fireplaces have metal posts in the corners. In this case, the doors may need to be ordered as individual doors and can not have glass corners.
