To add even more atmosphere to your house, an optional LED lighting kit is available. For a modern fire display, add crushed fire glass in the color of your choice, or choose hand-painted driftwood gas logs and stones for a traditional wood-fire effect. Choose between a plain black 34" frame and a stylish matte black 112" beveled front, or go for a seamless finish by installing tile, stone, or plaster up to the fireplace opening. The included fine mesh barrier screen prevents contact with the hot glass, keeping children and pets safe. The electronic intermittent pilot ignition system comes with a multi-function thermostatic remote control and a battery backup for usage during power outages. To attain your ideal comfort level, use the multi-function thermostatic remote to manage the flame height with six flame settings and as a programmable room thermostat. To enjoy a fire, simply push the On/Off button, or use the Smart Thermostat function to set and maintain your chosen room temperature. For constant warmth and minimized heat swings around the room, the thermostat anticipates heat output and adjusts the flame height up or down based on the difference between the programmed temperature and the actual temperature.
