Our square stainless steel chimney caps mount easy on the top of a masonry fireplace. All you need is a screw driver. Stainless steel caps are made of 100% type 304 stainless steel and come with a lifetime protection against rust and corrosion. Chimney caps are fabricated out of 18 gauge expended metal screen and a 16 gauge frame. The caps are 8” tall to minimize flue restrictions that might cause back smoking. Further support is provided with welded nuts where the screws are to provide a secure installation. 7” minimum required between flue tiles (overhang is 3.5”). .
