The Solaire 30" Built In Gas Grill for outdoor kitchens are built tough and offers solid performance. This built-in gas grill gives you the freedom to design the ideal grill for your outdoor kitchen needs. Constructed of heavy-gauge, durable welded stainless steel with a double lined hood that protects the gas grill as well as holds in heat, this outdoor kitchen grill features a top-supported, self-trimming design. Available for natural gas or liquid propane and powered by a battery operated electronic push button ignition, the two main burners heat up to 55,000 BTU and come in three types; convection, infrared, and the patented InfraVection®. The traditional convection burner heats indirectly like a traditional gas grill, but with a double-lance, ported U-burner with a vaporizer plate for better heat distribution and fewer flare-ups. The ceramic infrared burner uses intense heat and less fuel, warming up to the ideal grilling temperature in 3 minutes, allowing the direct radiant heat to cook food 30% faster and retain 35% more of its natural juices than when using conventional gas grills. The InfraVection burner is a special combination of the two, with one burner dedicated to each. For even more grilling versatility, add the upgraded rotisserie kit, which includes a 14,000 BTU rear infrared burner, a durable motor with heavy duty spit rod capable of turning 50+ pounds, two sturdy forks, and a counterweight. Get consistent and even radiant heat while continually turning, creating juicy, mouth-watering results! The 455 square inches of effective grilling area include a stainless steel V-shaped grilling grid, which enhances flavor while reducing flare-ups by controlling the juices and allowing very little to hit the burner or the included removable grease tray. With the ability to cook up to 20 burgers, what little juice that does drip down incinerates back into the smoke, and smoke is flavor! Extend the life of the outdoor barbeque grill and add on a cover specially made to fit this 30 inch grill, and protect your outdoor kitchen from the risk of fire with the optional, insulated grill jacket. The insulated stainless steel grill jacket is required when a 12" clearance from combustible material cannot be met. Some assembly is required and all stainless steel parts are covered by a lifetime warranty.
