Two 12K BTU burners light with an electronic, push button ignition, eliminating the need for lighters and matches. To better fit the various grilling styles of our customers, this unit has three different burner options. The traditional convection burner heats indirectly with a double-lance, ported U-burner with a vaporizer plate for better heat distribution and fewer flare-ups. The ceramic infrared burner uses intense heat and less fuel, warming up to the ideal grilling temperature in 3 minutes. This allows the food to cook faster and taste better. The infravection burner is a special combination of the two, with one burner dedicated to each.
