The deluxe model of the 27 inch Solaire Built-In Gas Grill offers more BTUs and an optional rotisserie compared to the standard model. The rotisserie kit includes an infrared rotisserie burner, a rotisserie fork, motor, spit, and counterweight. Or leave off the rotisserie and use the warming rack instead to heat up leftovers as you grill 13 hamburger patties. To accommodate our customers' various cooking styles, we offer three different types of burners. The two burners heat up to a combined 32,000 BTUs using either natural gas or liquid propane.

The traditional convection burner heats indirectly with a double-lance, ported U-burner with a vaporizer plate for better heat distribution and fewer flare-ups. The ceramic infrared burner uses intense heat and less fuel, warming up to the ideal grilling temperature in 3 minutes. This allows the food to cook faster and taste better by searing it to seal inside the flavor. The infravection burner is a special combination of the two, with one burner dedicated to each. Extend the life of the outdoor barbeque grill and add on a cover specially made to fit this 27 inch grill. And protect your outdoor kitchen from the risk of fire with the optional, insulated grill jacket. Some assembly is required and all stainless steel parts are covered by a lifetime warranty.
