PLEASE READ THIS TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY. THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS MAY HAVE CHANGED SINCE YOUR LAST VISIT TO THIS SITE. BY USING THIS SITE, YOU INDICATE YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, THEN DO NOT USE THIS SITE.
These terms and conditions of sale constitute a binding contract between, you the customer and CJ's Home Decor & Fireplaces, LLC. The customer accepts these terms and conditions of sale by making a purchase, placing an order by phone, fax, mail, e-mail or Internet.

RISK OF LOSS OR DAMAGE
All times purchased from www.fireplacedoorsonline.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss or damage and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Fireplacedoorsonline.com is not liable for damage or shortage not noted on the delivery receipt. If you received damaged merchandise and need to file a claim, please contact a sales associate. All shortage or damage must be reported by email or fax within 48 hours of receipt.
Note:
Failure to follow these procedures may result in forfeiture of monies due to you. Any damage or loss incurred in transit is the responsibility of the carrier.
All claims have to be supported with pictures broken/damaged part, invoice number and name of purchaser, no claim will be handled/accepted if no documentation is provided. In some instances we need to have the damaged goods sent back to us in order to send you a replacement.
EXCHANGES/RETURNS:
Due to the custom nature of our built-to-order products. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Standard Doors have a 50% Restocking Fee plus outgoing freight will be deducted before refund. Exchanges will be at CJ's Home Decor & Fireplaces, LLC discretion.
NOTE: ANY PRODUCTS THAT ARE INSTALLED OR ALTERED BY THE CUSTOMER ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE
Do not return any merchandise for any reason without first e-mailing our customer service department info@cjshomedecor.com. All unauthorized returns will be refused at our dock.
CJ's Home Decor is not a "try is out service". Once you have purchased an item form one of our web sites a exchange will be permitted for genuine defects in the purchased item. We are very customer service oriented but have had some abuses of our generosity and efforts in the past.
Customer is responsible for returning the item (shipping prepaid) in the original packaging and in sealable condition. All returns must include original factory box, original factory packaging (foam, plastic, plastic on frame, wrappings, etc) blank, unfilled warranty cards, all instruction booklets and paperwork, along with a copy of your invoice. Do not deface original factory cartons or packaging in any manner. Please properly package and insure the item. Goods are to be returned, freight prepaid, ALL EXCHANGES MUST BE AUTHORIZED BY US AND RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) MUST BE ISSUED. NO EXCHANGE WILL BE MADE ON MERCHANDISE RETURNED WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION. Any "Shipping Included" (Free Shipping) items will have the outbound freight charge deducted from the total refund. Many items have promotional (reduced) shipping charges - the shipping cost on your order may not reflect the actual shipping cost. RMA void if product is not returned within 10 days of RMA being issued.
WRONG ADDRESS SUPPLIED:
If customer misrepresents the delivery address as a business address and it is in fact a home business in a residential area all residential charges made by trucking/delivery company will be the responsibility of the buyer/customer and back charged to your credit card or reflect in your invoice. Any address correction done by FedEx, UPS, DHL or any other carrier due to misrepresentation on order form by customer will reflect in a back charge and customer will be sent an invoice.
ORDERS:
Our terms are 100% with your Internet order. Credit card will be charged at time of placing order over the internet, phone or fax.
CANCELLATION FEE
No changes or cancellation are accepted on orders once placed by phone, e-mail or internet after 24 hours. Where no dispute was made within 24 hours of your order, your acceptance of the terms and conditions is assumed. If order is canceled or changed within the first 24 hours a 10% cancellation fee will be accessed.
OPEN ACCOUNTS:
Any account without an approved credit application on file with CJ's Home Decor & Fireplaces, LLC, will require PREPAYMENT. Standard terms for credit on approved open accounts are NET 30 Days. Payment is to be made according to each invoice. Late invoices will be charged 1 1/2% per month or 18% per annum. Any collection charges will be in addition to this interest.
COLLECTIONS
A 30% collection fee will be added to all accounts that are found to be uncollectible and forwarded to our attorney. This will also apply to purchases made with invalid credit cards or credit card stop payments that do not comply to our terms and conditions.
ERRORS ON OUR WEBSITE:
We make every effort to ensure that the information on www.fireplacedoorsonline.com is accurate, complete and current. Despite our efforts, there may be instances when information about a Product contains inaccurate or incomplete data, including data about the Product's price or availability. CJs Home Decor & Fireplaces, LLC makes no warranty or guarantee that the information on www.fireplacedoorosnline.com is error free, complete or current. We reserve the right to correct errors, and/or update the content on www.fireplacedoorsonline.com at any time without notice. CJs Home Decor & Fireplaces, LLC also reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order containing any error or inaccuracy, including after the order has been submitted, whether or not order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your order is canceled after your payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to the original pay type.
METHOD OF PAYMENT:
We accept Visa, MasterCard und Discover, Money Ordered or Certified Bank checks issued by a USA bank.
SHIPPING/FREIGHT CHARGES:
We currently offer free shipping in the 48 continental us states. We do not ship outside the 48 continental us states.
Products shipped within the five boroughs of New York, Long Island, Martha's Vineyard or to other restricted access areas an additional will apply depending on shipping company. This is due to the transportation surcharge or transport for delivery to these areas.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE:
Merchandise that becomes defective within the warranty period will be subject to the manufacturer warranty terms and conditions. It is sometimes necessary to bill for all replacement parts and units and the credit once the defective merchandise is returned directly to the manufacturer and we issue credit to our customers when manufacturer issues credit to us. This process can take up to 4-6 weeks. The shipping cost on defective parts and units will be the responsibility of the customers as the manufacturer warranty does not cover shipping. All replacement parts and products will be billed to the credit card. We will credit the card once defective or damaged products are returned..
WARRANTY:
Refer to manufactures specification - We are not responsible for manufacturer defects. All warranty claims have to be supported with pictures of the problem or broken/damaged part, no claim will be handled/accepted if no documentation is provided.
NOTE: Warranty does not cover shipping cost or labor, only cost of part that has to be replaced..
LOCAL CODES AND REGULATIONS
It is the customers responsibility to research and know if the products sold on our web site can be used in your local area. We are not responsible for items that are purchased that cannot be used dues to codes or restrictions.
SATISFACTION:
If you are not completely satisfied with the handling of your order, please write to our customer service department manager at the address below, and we will do our best to satisfy your request. Returns and exchanges must be made within 10 days from the date of receipt of merchandise. Your credit will be issued towards your credit card you supplied. All merchandise returned must be shipped prepaid.
