ALL CUSTOM DOOR SALES ARE FINAL. STANDARD DOORS HAVE A 50% RESTOCKING CHARGE plus freight paid by customer.

Sales Representatives who assist in purchases are not liable for incorrect measurements made by the homeowner.
GLASS REPAIR
Should customer want fireplacedoorsonline.com (CJ's Home Decor & Fireplaces, LLC) to install the glass, a fee of $15.00 plus freight both ways will be charged for each piece. Exchange Merchandise number required!
NOTE: ANY PRODUCTS THAT ARE ALTERED/INSTALLED BY THE CUSTOMER ARE NOT EXCHANGEABLE.
