- The Renewal frame is one piece (uniframe) made using 14 gage steel. Doors, if ordered, are made using 3/16" steel.
- The top frame corners are welded to provide a finished appearance.
- Mounting is simple and each product has 3 methods are available: High Temperature Magnets
- The frame return is standard at 5/8" to accommodate the magnetic attachment system.

The Enclosure should cover any black metal and come to the edge of the stone, brick, marble, etc. surrounding the firebox.

WARRANTY AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES
Portland Willamette’s products are warranted only to the original retail purchaser- user to be free from defects in material and workmanship at time of purchase, for the following periods from date of purchase: (a) finished firescreen products — one year, (b) glass panels and gas logs (excluding hardware parts and twigs) — as long as original retail purchaser-user owns the set in the original installation; and (c) hardware parts to gas logs (grate, burner, pan and connector) — two years. The original retail purchaser-user should consult the Limited Warranty packed with those products for specific details. (Extra copies of the Limited Warranty are available to dealers and distributors upon request.) Except for such Limited Warranties as published, (and except for the express warranty of title),
PORTLAND WILLAMETTE DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL PORTLAND WILLAMETTE BE LIABLE, TO A CUSTOMER OR USER, IN WARRANTY, COINTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, FOR ANY DAMAGES, WHETHER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL, WHICH ARE ALLEGED TO BE CAUSED BY ONE OR MORE OF OUR PRODUCTS, BEYOND THE COST TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER- USER OF THE SUBJECT PRODUCT OR PRODUCTS. THEREFORE, THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AGAINST US FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT OR IN NEGLIGENCE OR STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE SHALL BE VESTED ONLY IN THE RETAIL PURCHASER-USER AND SHALL BE LIMITED TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE SUBJECT PRODUCT AT OUR OPTION OR, IF WE CHOOSE, REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE. INSTALLATION AND REMOVAL CHARGES AND RELATED LABOR COSTS WILL NOT BE OUR LIABILITY AND ARE NOT COVERED BY THE STATED EXCLUSIVE REMEDY.
Because Portland Willamette’s Limited Liability Warranty is specifically offered to the original retail purchaser-user, the distributor or dealer is authorized and instructed to pass that warranty on to such retail purchaser. However, no other warranty is given to make warranties or representations on our behalf and unauthorized extensions of warranties by our customers shall remain the customer’s sole responsibility. Customer will be responsible for handling Limited Warranty claims in accordance with Portland Willamette’s policies and procedures, and if our customer is a distributor, our customer will be responsible for causing its dealers to handle Limited Warranty claims in accordance with Portland Willamette’s policies and procedures. Customer is responsible for determining the suitability of our products for customer’s use or resale, or for incorporating them into objects or for applications which customer designs. Portland Willamette’s products are designed for indoor use and may not be suitable for outdoor applications.
