	Classic Ultra Great Heat Exchanger 4228 - (NO RESIDENTIAL DELIVERY AVAILABLE) Transform your drafty masonry fireplaces into an elegant heat source by installing the CLASSIC Heat exchanger. The CLASSIC is a tubular heat exchanger that gets inserted into a masonry fireplace opening. The unit slides into place and seals to the face of the fireplace. A high density insulation or ceramic wool can be used to help pack the area between the faceplate and fireplace front. High temperature caulking may be used to fill any voids in the masonry to insure a good seal. A 220 CFM fan, which is located behind the lower louver, brings cool room air into the tubes, "superheating" it before forcing it back out into the room. Heat outputs exceed 45,000 BTU per hour that will heat about 1400 square feet. The gasket sealed doors keep the heated room air from escaping up the chimney. The CLASSIC is the newest design. It incorporates the Fullview style doors (Wilkening) which offer an uninterrupted view of the fire while still sealing up the outer perimeter of the glass against the face of the insert. The CLASSIC is available with black or gold doors and black or polished louvers.
